Dictador 2 Masters Laballe 1975 is a single-cask rum bottled at 44% volume. Released in 2022, it yielded 450 bottles. AGEING: The final 32 months of maturation took place at Château Laballe in Gascony, in a cask made from local black oak, known as chêne noir. SUGGESTIONS: Serve neat in a tulip glass at room temperature, with water alongside. Add a few drops at a time to reduce the strength.

Amber.
Vanilla, floral notes, white chocolate, raspberries and sultanas.
Maple syrup, pecan, liquorice and anise, followed by blood orange and red apple.
White pepper and ginger, with sweet tea and chocolate-coated candied orange.
Hernán Parra selects the vintage casks from Dictador's reserves, drawing on three generations of his family's rum-making.His partner for this release is Cyril Laudet, the eighth generation at Château Laballe. The estate has belonged to the Laudet family since 1820 and produces both wine and Armagnac on the edge of the Landes.
