Tasting notes
Bouquet of fresh vegetal notes, slightly herbaceous, typical of the sugar cane aromas
The Grallet-Dupic Distillery was founded in 1860 by Hubert Grallet in Rozelieures, a small town of only 160 inhabitants. The distillery uses locally grown barley for its peaty malts. Their whiskeys are double distilled in Charentais pot stills and aged in a variety of casks from different parts of the world. Their creations are inspired by the Lorraine region’s nature where conditions for the production of whisky are ideal. From harvest to bottling, the whole process is made in-house under the family's care and supervision.
